Full red-ruby. Pungent aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, bitter chocolate, sandalwood, mocha and underbrush; sexy oak turned slightly raw with aeration. Tangy, spicy and seamless, with an exotic suggestion of blood orange. Not a fleshy wine but has intensity and harmonious acidity. Finishes with slightly drying wood tannins.
